Ce magnifique appartement central offre un havre très confortable entre deux visites.
Points positifs : Magnifique appartement, très bien rénové et très bien équipé. Charmant et totalement conforme aux photos. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Localisation très centrale qui permet de découvrir Paris facilement ( la station de métro Arts et Métiers est au pied de l’immeuble) et de nombreuses visites sont possibles à pieds. Des commerces variés sont à proximité ( supermarché, boulangerie, cave…) ainsi que des bars et restaurants.
Points négatifs : Deux petits bémols : la procédure d’information et de récupération des clefs est à améliorer, et la localisation fait que l’appartement est un peu bruyant ( rue, métro…) pour les personnes qui ont un sommeil léger (1/4 pour notre groupe). Prévoir des boules quies dans ce cas.

Luxury apartment with all facilities, nice and comfortable, and in a great location.
Points positifs : The flat is very nice, great decor and good sized rooms. Beds are comfortable and en-suite rooms are great to have in all 3 bedrooms. We didn't really cook anything during our stay but it looks like all the required kitchen items are there and there's plenty of glasses and cups. All together an excellent well furnished flat and on a tube line so in a great location. Lot's of bars and restaurants on your doorstep.
Points négatifs : Only thing for us was that the pillows were not brilliant, could do with being a bit harder and bigger. Everything else was great and the only issue we had was sorted very promptly by your staff.

Apartamento cómodo hasta para 6 personas y perfecta ubicación
Points positifs : El apartamento estaba muy bien decorado, era cómodo y la ubicación era excelente.
Points négatifs : Que la cafetera no iba bien y había poco menaje. A tener en cuenta que uno de los inodoros estaba en el salón, y se tenía que compartir con dos de las habitaciones (solo una habitación tenía baño completo).

gostamos muito do apartamento mas com mais cuidado seria excelente, não só bom.
Points positifs : gostamos da localização, gostamos muito de um apartamento novo espaçoso com 3 quartos em paris, muito limpo, da cozinha nova e moderna e da sala confortável. gostamos especialmente da qualidade e do espaço dos chuveiros, de uma qualidade que nunca encontrei em paris mesmo indo para lá mais de 20 vezes.
Points négatifs : na frança existe uma situação cultural onde uma privada às vezes fica longe do chuveiro numa casa, é uma coisa normal para os franceses mas para outras pessoas não é o ideal e a descrição do apto não é clara. no apto só um quarto é uma suite com banheiro completo, os outros dois quartos tem um 'banheiro' com pia e chuveiro mas eles tem que dividir um banheiro estilo lavabo sem bidet e sem chuveirinho na sala, eu achei que isso atrapalhou o conforto da nossa situação mesmo estando em familia. acho que a informação deveria ser mais clara na descrição. tb achamos que os travesseiros eram poucos e pequenos. e não gostamos de termos só uma chave, até chegamos a reivindicar mais uma quando chegamos mas nos foi dito que não podíamos ter outra por motivos 'de segurança', não entendo qual a diferença ter uma chave a mais faria. e como sempre cada vez mais, é tudo online, vc faz o check-in, vc tem que guardar a chave etc.

Amazing apartment with great location
Points positifs : 1. Location is perfect. In the heart of the 3rd district. Close to many nice restaurants and retail stores. 2. The apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator. The windows of this 3-bedroom unit is facing a street that is not busy. 3. The apartment is designed well and equipped with everything we need.

נהננו מהדירה, מושלמת, תמורה מלאה למחיר.
Points positifs : היינו משפחה עם 6 נפשות. בחירה נהדרת. מיקום מושלם. על תחנת המטרו במיקום מסעדות ברים וקניות במרחק צעדים ספורים. גודל הדירה והחדרים לא גדולים אך בהחלט מספיקים. דירה מאובזרת, מרוהטת היטב בעיצוב פריזאי שמוסיף לאווירה. מיקום במרכז תחבורתי טוב, ואווירה שקטה למרות שיושב על כביש ראשי. החדר היה מושלם מבחינתנו, תמורה מלאה ומומלץ מאד למשפחה בת 6 נפשות.
Points négatifs : בכל חדר יש חדר רחצה נפרד, אבל רק בחדר אחד בחדר הרחצה יש גם מקלחון וגם אסלה. לשני החדרים הנוספים יש חדר שירותים (אסלה) משותף בגישה מהסלון. לכן זה מתאים למשפחה, אולי פחות ל3 זוגות חברים.
