Christina : A deux pas de la Tour Eiffel

Très bon séjour parisien !

Points positifs : Appartement confortable et sécurisé, bien équipé et bien chauffé. Très bien situé juste en face du métro Dupleix (mais on entendait pratiquement pas le métro aérien). Nombreux commerces et restaurants dans le quartier. Très bon accueil et Christina a toujours été réactive. Une adresse que nous recommandons.

Points négatifs : S'il fallait trouver quelque chose, peut être rajouter un micro-ondes et un grille-pain :)

Fantastic location

Points positifs : The property is in a perfect location. Metro just outside apartment and walking distance to the Eiffel tower. There are many cafes and restaurants close to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Points négatifs : Nothing, everything was perfect!

Nice apartment if you like antiques.

Points positifs : This apartment is within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. It has a good washing machine and a large kitchen. The building is well kept and there is a lift as well. The neighborhood is not touristy, it is in a residential area. The rooms are bright and clean.has a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Overall wexwere command enjoyed our stay

Points négatifs : It isn't modern. The small living room is crowded with nice, but antiquated over large furnishings which are filled with antique pretty nice nacs that you would find in an antique store. Nice,but not at all practical in that small space. The kitchen is also packed with mismatched items that should all be in a second hand shop. They need to replace the rusty kettle. Oh, the bed linens were poor quality and uncomfortable.

Points positifs : Definitivamente el ambiente propio de la ciudad se vive, y su ubicación es lo mejor, tiene cerca el comercio local, y los sitios de interés, así como la conexión con el transporte público

Points négatifs : Que no lo pude disfrutar por más días 😊

Points positifs : 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 지하철역이 어느 노선이든 바로 갈 수 있었고, 에펠탑도 10분 거리, 한인식당도 바로 근처에 많이 있습니다. 호스트는 질문에 바로바로 답해주었고 매우 친절했습니다. 숙소도 사진과 같습니다. 깨끗하고 주방이 생각보다 넓습니다. 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐 옮기기 편합니다. 에어컨 대신 아주 큰 선풍기가 있는데 한 여름이 아니라면 시원합니다. 파리의 숙소 가격을 생각하면 편안하게 머물다 갔습니다.

Points négatifs : 2명까지는 괜찮지만 그 이상은 집이 좁습니다. 침대에 삐그덕 소리가 납니다. 당연하겠지만 지하철역이 창문에서 바로 보이기 때문에 창문을 활짝 열거나 커튼을 안치고 지내기엔 어렵습니다.

Great stay, value for money, close to Eiffel Tower!

Points positifs : 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Great value for money for the area we were in. There is a metro station right in front which is very convenient. Grocery store is 2 min walk away. You have a living room, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom. There is no AC but a fan is kept in the room which is mandatory during summer months. If you are coming in car you have a secure underground parking 100 Mts away which can be booked through yespark app.

Points négatifs : We checked in during Bastille day and that caused complications since roads were closed and we couldn't reach the property at all by car. But this is an exception and we resolved it mutually. But definitely caused a lot of inconvenience.
