Points positifs : L'appartement est propre et soigné. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter PARIS. Quartier paisible. On était très bien avec nos 2 enfants de 12 ans.Le séjour s est très bien passé! Nous reviendrons et conseillons à notre entourage.

Points positifs : Appartement très clair, bien aménagé et situé dans un quartier calme. Beaucoup de commerces, restaurants, non loin de métro et RER.
Points négatifs : L’odeur permanente du restaurant au RDC. La porte de la cuisine du restaurant est ouverte en permanence vers l’escalier de l’immeuble et l’odeur de friture est très désagréable.

Points positifs : great location, cosy apartment with plenty bars and restaurants around. good windows, well silencing sounds of night life around. place is well equipped and our host Everaldo very nice and helpful. Near to the metro station allows good easy trips all over the city. we will probably come again here :)
Points négatifs : like in many Paris flats/apartments if you have large suitcase prepare to carry it to 4th floor on narrow stairs. for us it was not a problem.

Supe cool place and super handy place to be…
Points positifs : Super cool place. With super location in the middle of Paris next to Sorbonne University and Pantheon around the corner. Apartment has small kitchen but fully equipped with all necessary things. Also there is washing and drying machine (combo - in one device). As well as all things like Iron and desk for it. Really small cozy place, with history, super location, perfect atmosphere and many small pluses…

Super confortável e muito bem localizado. Samuel, o concierge, foi muito prestável e simpático.
Points positifs : Localização excelente, apartamento muito agradável, cama super confortável. Tem boas condições na cozinha. Repetirei, sem dúvida!
Points négatifs : O apartamento é pequeno para 4 pessoas. O ideal são três pessoas, no máximo, ou um casal com 2 crianças.

Top-Location, schickes, sauberes Apartment
Points positifs : Guter Kontakt, guter Service, schnelle Antworten. Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und freundlich. Apartment war schick, sauber und neuwertig eingerichtet. Alles wie auf den Fotos. Eine typische Pariser Wohnung - klein, aber gemütlich. Auch Nespresso-Maschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine - alles top! Badezimmer klein, aber ausreichend. Die Lage ist super, in der Nähe von vielen schönen Orten. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars.
Points négatifs : Kein Fehler des Apartments, aber die Bars (und die betrunkenen Studenten) unterhalb am Platz sind ziemlich laut. Die Fenster sind aber neu und dichten gut ab. An warmen Nächten kann man aber nur mit offenem Fenster schlafen, daher sind Ohrstöpsel empfehlenswert.

Points positifs : Tipica casa parigina, la posizione e' perfetta a 10 min a piedi da Notre Dame ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la citta' , la sera ci sono ristorantini veramente buoni in zona e bar sotto casa, la casa non ha un parcheggio privato ma ci sono diversi autosili (costosi ma comodi 45 euro al giorno) a 1/2 minuti a piedi.
Points négatifs : Una pecca il bagno veramente piccolino e la casa si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore ma non e' stato un grande problema ci siamo adattati 🙂

Points positifs : Zona perfecta, cerca de todos los puntos principales a visitar. Calle tranquila pero a 2 minutos de calles con muchos bares/restaurantes. Tamaño perfecto para 2 personas, temperatura del apartamento ideal y eso que hizo bastante frio esos dias
Points négatifs : El baño es un poco justo, pero suficiente y las escaleras bastante estrechas, pero es habitial en Paris

Points positifs : La ubicación es estupenda, paradas de metro y tren muy cercanas y además se podía ir andando a muchos sitios como Notre Damme, Panteón , Museo del Louvre ... El piso es muy bonito y muy luminoso, con muchas ventanas. Además está muy bien equipado. Everaldo nos atendió muy bien, nos esperó para darnos las llaves y enseñarnos el piso.
Points négatifs : No hay ascensor.
