Points positifs : Logement décoré avec goût. Emplacement impeccable dans une rue charmante. Bonne literie, avec de grand lits. Cuisine avec tout ce qu’il faut ! Salle de bains impeccables Des prises partout. Logement très propre où l’on se sent bien.
Points négatifs : La chasse d’eau des toilettes est trop puissante, cela projette de l’eau partout. Manque de vrais rideaux dans la chambre au 1er étage. La porte d’entrée mériterait d’être changée, c’est une simple planche en bois.

Un magnifique hébergement dans Paris !
Points positifs : Un très bel appartement bien équipé et bien aménagé et idéalement situé dans Paris dans un immeuble au calme. Une fraîcheur appréciable en ce mois d'août très chaud
Points négatifs : Un four micro-ondes serait un plus. Quelques équipements non réparés

Points positifs : La ubicación nos gustó mucho, zona con mucho ambiente, y muy buena comunicación para visitar la ciudad.
Points négatifs : El único incidente fue que no estaban las llaves en el cajetín, pero nos las dieron en recepción y fueron muy amables para facilitarnos las cosas.

Minha estadia foi muito boa — o apartamento é amplo, confortável e bem equipado, com um acolhimento
Points positifs : O apartamento é amplo e acomoda várias pessoas com conforto. Fiquei muito contente com o kit de boas-vindas, um gesto atencioso e gentil do anfitrião.
Points négatifs : A única observação é quanto à distância entre o banheiro usado para banho e o outro de uso sanitário — algo comum na Europa, onde os banheiros costumam ser separados por questão cultural —, além do contêiner de lixo em frente à porta de entrada, que às vezes exala um odor forte.

Points positifs : Estaba muy bien ubicado y con todo lo necesario. Tenían algunas cosas de cortesía como café, gel, papel higiénico. También tenían toallas limpias para todos, bolsas de basura, secador de pelo. El personal era muy atento y contestaban rápido a los mensajes Metros cercanos y muchos servicios de cafetería y restauración cerca
Points négatifs : Lo que más nos costó encontrar es la entrada. Es una puerta blanca que está bastante escondida, frente a unos contenedores. Nos tuvieron que ayudar unos vecinos a encontrarla Tampoco había plancha de ropa. El barrio no estaba mal, aunque había algunas pros*****, pero no generaban ningún problema. Es similar a la calle Montera de Madrid El piso tenía muchas escaleras

Points positifs : Dwa osobne pomieszczenia z sedesami i dwa osobne pomieszczenia z łazienkami to olbrzymi plus przy grupie znajomych. Dwie suszarki do włosów to kolejny plus. Rozkład funkcjonalny również dobry jak na tą przestrzeń. Schody nie są strome. Stopnie swobodnie mieszczą stopy choć, oczywiście, mogą być kłopotliwe przy małych dzieciach lub bardzo ciężkich bagażach. Duża lodówka z zamrażalnikiem. Sypialnie małe, przytulne, ale część z kuchnią i stołem wystarczająca dla 6 osób. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. W kuchni była ściereczka do naczyń oraz wystarczająca dla 6 osób ilość, sztućców, garnków, talerzy i kieliszków. Wyjątek stanowiły kubki. Było ich tylko 4 sztuki. Generalnie za taką cenę w takiej lokalizacji naprawdę Super!
Points négatifs : Malutki minusik - brak dużego lustra w przedpokoju.

Points positifs : Fantastic location !! The absolute best part of this apartment . It’s central with very easy access to metro and not too far from all the touristy places you’d typically visit. Lot of cool shops around (clothes , shoes, bags ) , restaurants, bakeries etc . The apartment was clean on arrival , keys pickup instructions were also easy to follow .
Points négatifs : Small stuff - I read the reviews before booking so i knew to expect the awkward stairs , it may not be suitable for people with mobility issues or very little kids but my friends are i are 40ish so there was no trouble with that . There’s absolutely no early check-in available, Booking.com may give you that option and say that your early check-in request was approved but it’s not the case , even if you reach closer to the day of arrival to apartment owners , they are just going to say No and tell you to pay to another private business to get your bag held for you while you roam around for hours . If you’re arriving earlier than 4pm , just prepare your mind and make your own plans.

We were 4 adults and a toddler, and all was well.
Points positifs : Firsr of all, inside is as seen from the pictures and it was cleaned well. Room sizes are ok, heating and hot water was perfect. The washing machine, cooker and dish washer was perfect. There is even an espresso machine. The location is really really central, there are underground stations in 2 mins distance both ways, and you can go popular destinations in 10-15 mins by walking.
Points négatifs : The stairs are narrow, you need to keep this in mind.
