Nickel, hâte de revenir !
Points positifs : Logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, décoré avec goût, très calme et pourvu d'un escalier typique qui monte au sommet donc pas de voisin au-dessus c'est top. Literie très confortable, avec canapé-lit qui se replie en un clin d'oeil ! Emplacement parfait à 20 mn de gare de Lyon, proche du métro et de nombreux petits commerces.

Short vacation in Paris
Points positifs : Quiet apartment.Easy to get around by metro. Shops and bakeries nearby. We didn’t feel unsafe on the street! Good beds and shower. The kitchen had everything you needed, even coffee. Stairs, I understand if you have a big suitcase with you, climbing to the fourth floor takes some strength, luckily we had small bags with us :). I recommend this place.
Points négatifs : Tee floors were poorly cleaned, socks were immediately dirty. The were no hand towels, the cleaner had forgotton?! The shower floor drain was blocked, the bathroom was about to flood! It would be good to have a hand towel holder in the toilet.

Perfect stay!

Points positifs : Excellent accommodation, everything as in the description, even better, all appliances are working, excellent communication with the owners, excellent location with phenomenal contact to all parts of the city, suitable for a longer stay, every recommendation, which is why the ratings are maximum. Points positifs : The apartment was clean, very good size, close to the metro station and it has many shops around the area. David and Warren very helpful and always texted me back quickly with whatever I needed. It was exactly what we needed as a family to explore Paris and visit Disneyland as the commute is very easy from there. I highly recommend it!

Points positifs : Very nice apartment, very clean. Great location, 5 minutes from subway, bus and grocery store. Surrounded by restaurants with delicious food. 1 minute to park with playground. Great contact with the hosts, very helpful. Highly recommend!

Great apartment for city visit, also for longer stay
Points positifs : The apartment is cosy, clean and well equipped. Small but important fact - they supplied excessive number of towels so even for a longer stay you have enough of them. Location is good, metro line 9 almost at the doorstep, also the big RER station Nation within walking distance. 5 groceries in 5 minutes walk, a number of fast food shops, bakeries etc. Kitchen also well equipped with also 2 Android TVs for rainy days. All in all, modern apartment for a week stay in Paris.
Points négatifs : Nothing really. The street below is not that clean, but as we found out, this is Paris, so I would not count this as a con, I just mention it.

Points positifs : Perfekte Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Bett und Couch super bequem und wirklich genug Platz für 4 Personen. Absolut unschlagbarer Preis für Paris und ein super netter Service per Telefon. Metro nur wenige Meter von der Wohnungstür entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
