Points positifs : Bien équipé, lit très confortable, belle douche. Épicerie et restaurants à proximité. Près du transport en commun.

Points négatifs : Un peu bruyant

Spotless apartment in the 20th district of Paris, great location, fresh linens, safe area.

Points positifs : The apartment in the 20th district of Paris was an excellent choice. It was spotlessly clean, and you could really tell that cleanliness is taken seriously. We were welcomed with fresh, great-smelling towels and bed linen, which made a huge difference after a long day of sightseeing. The location is perfect — only about 200 meters from Metro line 9, which allows easy access to places like the Eiffel Tower. Right next to the apartment there are great restaurants and grocery stores, a Lidl just 200 meters away, and wonderful bakeries offering fresh, delicious bread every day. The area felt clean, well-kept, and safe, making it an ideal place for both a short city break and a longer stay. Highly recommended.

I do RECOMMEND this apartment!

Points positifs : We were there with our 2 year old toddler, they have a cot for a baby which was great! The apartment was very nice, internet working fast. The metro is literally 2 mins walk great connection to all places to visit. Shops and fast foods are very close to the apartment. Overall it was a very nice stay and I will come back to this apartment! Definitely, great price for that standard!

Points négatifs : The noise! the apparent have very thin walls, you could hear everything what’s happening next door or on the corridor. Outside of the apartment looks a bit dangerous due to the immigration selling cigarettes (they are everywhere and there’s so many of them).

Un bell'appartamento a 40 minuti dal centro

Points positifs : The apartment is just few steps from the metro station, on a street full of Algerian butchers that also offer take-away (roast chicken, potatoes, rice... we tried it, everything was excellent and reasonably priced). Near the metro station, there are also two excellent boulangerie where you can buy bread and pastries for breakfast and several supermarket (but we didn't like all). The apartment was spotless, with Nespresso coffee pods and plenty of towels. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and the tv are smart-tv. We really liked it.

Points négatifs : If I had to be picky, I would add coat hangers at the entrance, a soap dish in the bathroom, and air conditioning (but it wasn't necessary during my stay). I was not able to find informations about separate waste (if there are).

Comfortable and clean

Points positifs : We had a very comfortable stay at this place in Paris. The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and everything was organized nicely. It was a peaceful environment, perfect for resting after a long day exploring the city. The location was great – close to public transportation and surrounded by many shops, bakeries, and restaurants. It was easy to find everything we needed nearby. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Paris and looking for a clean and convenient stay.

Points positifs : The apartment is spacious clean. Ideal for a family of four.The apartment owner replies to the messages quickly. The setting of the toilet and the bathroom was very good. We liked it, all the necessary cooking stuff was available, one thing that needs to be corrected is the cooking stove it wasnt working, my wife struggled quite a lot with it but still couldn't use it. The couch, bed linen, pillows, and towels were fresh and clean. We had positive vibes while staying here. The metro is a two minutes walk, and the bus stop is right near the apartment. Restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and many other daily necessities stores are on the street. This is an honest review of the apartment. we really enjoyed our stay at this place. We recommend this for families

Points négatifs : The cooking stove. I did not work at all.

Points positifs : The apartment is newly renovated, quick check - in, everything was necessary inside, very comfortable bed, good location. We'll stop again when we’ll be in Paris next time.

Recommended accomodation

Points positifs : The house is quite big and totally clean and has everything such as: kettle, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, ........ The bathroom is so huge and separated with toilet. Welcome drinks and chocolate and all detail instruction. Location is near franpix (3 steps), lidl and carrefoure (5mins walk), bakeries, metro ..... 25 mins to center by metro. 15mins by car to Orly airport. Bedroom is very clean, quiet and the bed is totally comfortable.

Points négatifs : Due to floors without elevator is one of minus for those with large suitcases. Yet, the owner notice you in advance. Since the house is at busy streets, so a bit noise for whose who sleep in sofa bed in living room.
