Appartement pratique et bien situé pour un week-end Visite de Paris

Points positifs : Cet appartement est très bien situé niveau accès au métro, sur la ligne 9 qui traverse tout Paris, avec des arrêts aux points intéressants. L'appartement est récent, fonctionnel et confortable (comme précisé, sans ascenseur au 2ème étage). Il est idéal pour un grand week-end à Paris. Les communications avec notre hôte ont été vraiment simples et efficaces. Les indications reçues sont très claires, tant pour le check-in que pour le check-out.

Points négatifs : Dans un immeuble ancien rénové, il y a du parquet et un escalier en bois. Pour ceux qui recherchent le silence absolu, c'est compliqué. Selon les moments, on entend les bruits de pas des étages supérieurs et de la cage d'escalier, mais rien de fou. Après, tout cela dépend des autres occupants... Personnellement, j'aime bien dormir dans le noir, les volets et les rideaux occultants laissent malgré tout passer de la lumière extérieur, mais les lits sont très confortables.

Points positifs : 2 pièces bien agencé, bien isolé et confortable. Bonne literie. Emplacement agréable, appartement calme

Pratique et confortable.

Points positifs : Proche du métro, café, bouteille d’eau , serviettes … etc . Tous les services qu’on aurait pu trouver dans un hôtel et même mieux. La literie est confortable aussi bien pour le lit que pour le canapé déplié.

Points négatifs : Ras

Points positifs : Appartement très propre avec petites attentions à l'arrivée. Draps de bains mawi et en quantité suffisante. Le.lit était très confortable.

Très bon emplacement, appartement refait , grand et propre

Points négatifs : Il manque un porte manteau à l'entrée

Points négatifs : the coffee machine wasn’t working properly! However, the location didn’t feel safe enough, especially for girls. We know this is not the apartment owner’s fault.

Points positifs : Warren was so very responsive and extremely helpful. We have left a laptop and an ipad during our stay and he has gone over and beyond to make sure the items are returned to us. The property is also near restaurants, near the metro and shops. Very accessible indeed.

Well renovated and comfortable apartment. Location close to subway, but at night was felt less safe.

Points positifs : The apartment was in very good shape, and well maintained. Good quality mattress and equipment.

Points négatifs : There is a night cafe right behind the apartment where patrons are out and loud throughout the night

Perfect accomodation for our trip

Points positifs : The apartment is very comfortable and clean, location next to train station, a little far from main attractions but not a big issue if you know how to use train, buses and even tram station near by. Many eating options around and the bakery in front of the building had always fresh bread and croasants (try their quiche, any flavour, they were the best). Be aware that it is on second floor and there is no lift available. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Paris and the apartment was one of the reasons and the hosts were very responsive when we needed. Thank you for that.

Lovely stay in Paris

Points positifs : We had a really great stay in Paris! The location was perfect — very close to the metro station, which made it super easy to get around. The neighbourhood felt really safe, which was important for us since we were three girls traveling together, and there were so many good restaurants and bakeries just around the corner. The owners were also very responsive and kind, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely recommend!
