Grand appartement pour 4 personnes non bruyant et confortable.
Points positifs : La superficie de l’appartement était très bien pour 4 personnes. La cuisine était bien équipée. Lits confortables..
Points négatifs : Dans les chambres ils manquaient une commode pour ranger les vêtements , une chaise dans chaque chambre et aussi une table de chevet dans l’autre chambre.. Dans la salle de bain il manquait un séchoir à cheveux.

Birthday party in Paris
Points positifs : I think the apartment has everything you need. It's a remote location, but it is very well served by plus than one metro line, bus and tram. Nearby there is a pharmacy and two supermarkets, a beautiful boulangerie and some restaurants.
Points négatifs : Just a suggestion, please add a little shelf inside the shower to put sponge and shower gel.

Beautiful comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Points positifs : Beautifully renovated and comfortable apartment. The host is very responsive and responsible. Toilets/bathrooms are spacious and nicely build, unlike many other in Paris. Beds are very comfortable. Very clean. Close to tram station, good location, many good quality restaurants are near by.
Points négatifs : Nothing particular. The apartment is in 4 th floor, without a lift, but it was not a problem for us, we did not need to go up and down several times in a day!

Perfect and excellent
Points positifs : Really friendly hosts with extremely prompt replies! My family and I were completely blown away by the property! Only gripe was that the location was somewhat dodgy (at night), albeit super convenient. Extremely convenient in fact! Thank you so so much for having us!

Great value for money apartment, close to the Metro for easy access into the centre of Paris
Points positifs : The apartment was clean and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is well situated close to the metro. There are some interesting restaurants in the vicinity. I asked for additional supplies and these were quickly delivered. The service was excellent.
Points négatifs : It is a four-story climb to the apartment not suitable for elderly people or those with disabilities. The staircase in the apartment is also steep and very slippery.

Fantástico!
Points positifs : O apartamento está muito bem decorado, é confortável e cómodo. Tem todos os utensílios necessários. É bem localizado e perto da estação de metro o que facilita a locomoção na cidade. Voltaria novamente, sem dúvida!

HA TUTTI I CONFORT NECESSARI
Points positifs : Appartamento grande ben fornito di tutto, le scale sono tante ma siamo stati avvisati quindi eravamo preparati. Tutto molto nuovo, ci hanno fatto trovare cialde per il caffè ed acqua. Consigliato. La zona non era meravigliosa ma la metro sta a 5 minuti a piedi e proprio sotto c'è un supermercato.
Points négatifs : Le stanze sono nella mansarda se si tiene aperta la finestra sul soffitto fuori è molto rumoroso.

Ottimo appartamento per weekend in famiglia
Points positifs : Ottima posizione vicina alla stazione metro 9 Appartamento nuovo e ben arredato, letti comodi, biancheria pulita, 3 bagni attrezzati, cucina con tutto il necessario (macchinetta caffè, bollitore, forno microonde, lavastoviglie, condimenti, cialde caffè, acqua...)
Points négatifs : Assenza di specchio nel bagno per primo piano Scale ripide per accedere all'appartamento, scomode per ospiti anziani o con difficoltà motorie

Points positifs : Gostei muito do apartamento, faz jus às fotografias! Eramos 5 adultos e 1 criança e era de bom tamanho! Bons quartos e casas de banho muito espaçosas! Bem localizado! Limpo! Muito Confortável!👌
Points négatifs : Apenas de referir que deviam ter mais toalhas de banho disponíveis, em especial as de rosto. 😊
