Points positifs : L’appartement est très propre et très bien situé, tout à côté du métro, dans un quartier animé et commerçant. Les photos correspondent bien à l’appartement qui est joliment décoré. Le propriétaire est très agréable, disponible et répond très rapidement si nous avons besoin.

Points négatifs : La cuisine gagnerait à être mieux équipée mais le propriétaire est soucieux d’améliorer son logement et a bien pris en note nos conseils.

Points positifs : Great location, city center, metro few step away, restaurants coffee shop all around Mr Lui was waiting for us helped with instructions, and made check in easy we had slight problem with the bathroom door, 10 minutes arrived Elias the honer fixed in no time and was the nicest person (brought as bottle of wine In general excellent experience

Points positifs : Good position meaning you dont need to walk miles to get to the metro. It's 150 metres from the door. Super clean and super smart appliances. No stairs. Cool even with 35 degrees outside.

Points négatifs : Bad position meaning you need 20/30 min of metro to reach the centre. No TV. The bedroom window is in front of the building garbage collection spot, so the smell and the noise of people dropping it can be annoying. Bathroom really small.

Points positifs : Excellent location in a nice, convenient neighborhood. The metro is just 300 meters away. There are restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby, as well as a beautiful park. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos — clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Good Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. There's a direct metro line to the city center, which is very convenient. We will definitely come back here.

Points négatifs : Everything was great. The only thing missing was enough hangers in the closet.

Fabulous location!

Points positifs : Incredible location close to all the major Paris sites as well as the Chatelet metro / RER station. Spacious apartment well appointed with everything we needed. Staff was very welcoming and responsive.
