Points positifs : Il y avait la climatisation ainsi que des fenêtres insonorisées. Super bien localisé à Paris ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. Et le gérant est super sympa et disponible.

Très bonne situation et parfaitement adapté pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Points positifs : La localisation, l’accueil de l’hôte et sa flexibilité. L’appartement est propre, spacieux et équipé de multiples écrans, espaces de jeux, sport et détente.

Points négatifs : Réveils matinaux par le bruit du métro mais ceci est commun aux appartements en rez de chaussée à Paris

Points positifs : Très bien situé, pas trop bruyant accueil très sympathique, appartement atypique

Points négatifs : Manque 1 jeu de clé à double (2 clés serait plus pratique en groupe d amis ) Jacuzzi ne fonctionnait malheureusement pas

Fun, comfortable and well-equipped apartment in the perfect location.

Points positifs : The property is in the perfect location, close to all the sites, plenty of bars and restaurants within a few meters of the front door. It is 50M from the Chatelet / Les Halles metro station. Having a sauna and hot tub plus lots of games, a little gym and even a pool table was great.

Points négatifs : The kitchen are is a little small and all of the cupboards are quite high up but there is a ladder provided. This is not a major concern though as we ate out at the multitude of local places on the doorstep.

Points positifs : It is very comfortable for Families or Groups, it is quite large. There are 4 bethroooms in upper floor+ 3 and a half bathrooms. In the lower floor a sofa-bed + another bathroom. You can get ready very fast. It has got everything you need: Coffee machine, tea, Washing machine, dishwasher, Oven, vaccuum cleaner... you name it. Heating goes through the floor and works very well. There is also air conditioning. It is very well located, you have easy access either walking or by public transport to most main attractions. Good shops nearby. It is in the city center, but it is very quiet and well isolated.

Perfect location - perfect accommodation to suit a large group.

Points positifs : Exceptionally located, very comfortable with central heating and cooling. The host was great, meeting us & showing us through the apartment. We were travelling with extended family & this was perfect in every way for our needs. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Points positifs : The location is perfect. You will always find a large number of sleeping places in the apartment for a family or a group.

Points positifs : The location, it is few steps from the metro and a commercial center with abundant neighbouring shops and restaurants. The staff; Mr Lilian was very nice and has great attitudes. It has a very nice AC.

Points négatifs : Almost nothing at all.

Great place from which to visit Paris

Points positifs : Location is perfect, all central sights within walking distance. Apartment is very quiet at back of courtyard Flat is compact but we'll equipped. 11 of us managed ok-the basement for the kids was essential!

The apartment was big enough for 15 people

Points positifs : We really loved the apartment, it is very comfortable, convenient and next of the most important places in Paris, you can do almost everthing walking. And there is a subway next door. That place has air-conditioning for fresh ventilation which is quite rare in Paris center, and is bigger than all other hotel room for 10+ people in Paris center. It is especially great for kids, having so much entertainment as they like.
