Très bonne expérience

Points positifs : Pratique et accessible du métro au pied du logement Les Halles juste a côté Magasin restaurant au pied hyper pratique Mr Li très gentil, joignable, et très réactif . Merci beaucoup a lui de son adaptabilité

Points négatifs : A savoir qu'il y a un ascenseur qui se prend au 1 étage

Logement propre et confortable, très pratique, à proximité des monuments et commerces.

Points positifs : Le logement était agréable, propre, bien équipé. Pratique pour un séjour sur Paris.

Points négatifs : Le climatiseur fait beaucoup de bruit et peut-être pas assez puissant car il faisait toujours très chaud. Les échafaudages, sur toute la façade de l’immeuble, qui obstruent la vue (nous avons été prévenus avant notre arrivée) + le bruit des ouvriers qui travaillent en semaine La poussière/petits gravillons qui sont tombés dans la salle de bain à cause d’une bouche d’aération.

Points positifs : Monsieur Li est quelqu'un de très accueillant et son appartement est plus que confortable et centrale

Points positifs : Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement. Tout est pratique. L'appartement est propre, confortable et chaud, ce qui est très important en hiver. Sa localisation est si excellente que nous pouvons visiter des monuments à pied.

Points positifs : Excellent location, everything is convenient. The host is very helpful.

Location of convienience

Points positifs : The apartment was location was close to the train station and many walkable tourist attractions. The local cafes, restaurants and bakeries were amazing. The owner was extremely helpful and assisted at all hours for any questions which made the Paris holiday even better.

Mr. Li made our stay comfortable.

Points positifs : Location in the centre of Paris with the mega Westfield Mall, countless bars & restaurants and close proximity to the Metro Station (Châtelet – Les Halles) make these Apartments worthwhile. Assistance provided by Mr. Li, the property manager, who kept us guiding every time we needed some, was heartwarming; interactions were friendly; he provided us, a family of three adults, with free tickets for Paris boat ride. His offer to refund us for the days we couldn’t stay as planned, due to our visa limitations, is more than a great brotherly gesture. We’d love to be Mr. Li’s guests next time around!

Points négatifs : The lift is very small hauling only two persons at a time, and that too without any luggage. You can’t miss hitting your head several times with the Mirror Box or its edge over the washbasin in the Bath; its adjustment could resolve the issue tho!

Points positifs : Owner of apartment super kind and helpfull. Location (Metro, Bars, Restaurants all around) of apartment same outstanding like the owner. Great value for the money. Will come back 110% !!!

Points positifs : Had a lovely stay in this accommodation. It’s clean and well-maintained and the location was very ideal with it being right next to a metro and in the middle of a street that’s full of cafes, shops and restaurants. The host was super helpful, provided clear instructions and was very responsive to any questions I had. Definitely recommend!
